Company Description

Lendie is a Canadian personal lending platform focused on making borrowing clear, transparent, and predictable for everyday Canadians. Through a fully digital application that takes only minutes and does not impact credit just to check eligibility, Lendie removes traditional friction and pressure from the borrowing process. The platform is designed for real-life financial needs such as unexpected expenses, debt consolidation, and cash flow management, emphasizing clarity and fairness in every decision.

Lendie combines modern technology with a human-first approach to deliver straightforward terms and responsible lending experiences. The company is committed to creating simple, accessible personal loans that support long-term financial wellbeing.

Role Description The Financial Services Consultant is a full-time position that will initially be remote, with a planned transition to a hybrid work arrangement.

In this role, you will guide clients through the lending process, understand their financial needs and explain suitable products and options. Combining sales, client service and lending operations, you will contribute to Lendie’s growth while maintaining our commitment to responsible lending, transparency and fairness.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial information, answering client inquiries via digital channels,

and supporting clients through the application and approval process. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, and ensure that all interactions reflect Lendie’s values of transparency and fairness. This role requires consistent documentation of client interactions and adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
