- 5+ years of progressively responsible work experience in a retail setting, including 1-2+ years of demonstrated experience as a Supervisor or Manager
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrated experience tracking and monitoring customer satisfaction levels
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated effective team leadership skills with the ability to work well within a multigenerational and diverse team
