About The Role

As an Inside Sales Booker, you are the first voice many of our customers hear. You'll call warm leads, understand what homeowners need, and book appointments for our sales team. It's a fast-paced call centre role for someone who enjoys the phone, builds rapport easily, and likes seeing results at the end of every day.

Your success is rewarded: on top of your base salary, you'll earn commission on the appointments you book.

Key Responsibilities

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to leads and follow up on inbound inquiries
- Introduce Polaron Comfort's products and services in a professional, warm and friendly manner
- Build rapport quickly, listen to each homeowner's needs, and handle common questions and objections
- Book qualified in-home or virtual appointments for the sales team and confirm them with customers
- Accurately log every call, note and appointment in our CRM, and keep lead records up to date
- Follow up on missed, rescheduled or cancelled appointments to keep the calendar full
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and booking targets
- Work closely with sales advisors and the call centre team to share feedback and improve results
- Represent the Polaron brand with professionalism on every call

What We're Looking For

- A natural ability to build rapport and connect with people from all walks of life
- Confidence and resilience: you stay positive and motivated, even after hearing "no"
- Comfort working with a CRM or similar software, and strong attention to detail when entering data
- Strong organization and time-management skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Reliability and punctuality for in-office shifts, Monday to Friday
- A genuine desire to learn and grow your career within the company

Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a call centre, appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales or customer service role
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Interest in home comfort, energy efficiency or clean energy
