Overview: Manage maintenance operations, equipment, and personnel across all facilities, ensuring efficient performance and emergency support. Oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure a secure working environment in line with OHSA and company standards.
Control budgets for facility operations and coordinate with contractors to ensure cost-effective maintenance and repairs. Lead team development, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and training. Must haves: local to Kitchener area and minimum 3 years in a leadership/management role
