We are looking for someone who can offer a blend of attentive childcare and proactive household support. Infant Care & Parent Support: We have an infant who sleeps for a positive portion of the day. Experience with infants/newborns and primary school-aged children is required.
Household Chores & Organization: Daily tasks include laundry, vacuuming, meal prep and general light housekeeping. Daily Structure: We provide a clear daily checklist of duties to help keep expectations transparent and organized. What We Are Looking For Positive & Collaborative Attitude: Someone who is genuinely kind, sincere, and eager to support our family dynamic.
Receptive to Direction: A candidate who values clear communication and takes instruction and feedback well. If you prefer working entirely without supervision or daily lists, this role will not be the right fit. Qualifications: Current Infant/Child CPR certification and verified experience with newborns and school-aged children are mandatory.
