Loblaw is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategy & Customer Insights for its Hard Discount Division, which includes No Frills and Maxi. The role is based in Brampton, Ontario, and supports divisional strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Lead strategic initiatives supporting revenue, profitability, market share, and long-term competitiveness.
- Structure ambiguous business questions, define analyses and workplans, and develop transparent recommendations.
- Synthesize customer, financial, operational, market, and competitive information to identify insights and opportunities.
- Develop strategic frameworks and recommendations across merchandising, promotions, customer, and operational priorities.
- Create and present executive-ready materials for senior leadership, annual planning, and Board discussions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders,



and help translate recommendations into action.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in business, finance, economics, mathematics/statistics, analytics, or a related discipline, and at least five years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading strategic projects from an ambiguous starting point through to recommendations.
- Strong analytical, commercial, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Power Point and Excel skills. SQL, GCP Big Query, Python, SAS, R, VBA, or syndicated market/customer data experience is an asset.

Salary: $100,000–$132,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on experience, knowledge, and geographic region.
