Lead asset protection and safety across lululemon’s Eastern Distribution Centres in an in-person, full time senior management role.

The Senior Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple campuses and jurisdictions. You will lead AP&S; Managers, establish regional priorities, and partner with Operations, Investigations, People & Culture, Facilities, and Legal.

The role protects people, product, property, and assets while strengthening compliance and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AP&S; Managers across multiple distribution center sites
- Establish regional priorities aligned with strategy and risk trends
- Oversee safety, security, compliance, and emergency preparedness performance
- Review incident, injury, audit, and compliance data




- Provide direction during significant incidents and crisis response

Requirements:

- 8+ years of progressive AP&S;, safety, security, or operations experience
- Experience leading managers across complex, multi-site operational environments
- Knowledge of safety legislation, investigations, emergency management, and risk mitigation
- Experience managing budgets, workforce planning, and operational performance
- Ability to travel regularly, including cross-border travel
