This Recruitment Consultant leads internal and external recruiting processes across Randstad Canada’s groups of companies. You will attract, screen, interview, and onboard diverse talent while partnering with hiring managers on recruitment strategies. The role also supports Talent Acquisition coordinators and advances function-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create targeted sourcing plans across varied search resources
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Define recruitment strategies with hiring managers
- Recruit talent across Canadian companies and levels
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Three to five years of recruiting experience
- Prior recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate setting
- French and English bilingualism
- CHRP designation completed or in progress
- Financial services industry experience is an asset
