Support residents at AgeCare Westbury in Etobicoke as a casual Personal Support Worker using care plans, observation, and bedside care.

This part-time PSW role provides resident care according to established plans. You will help identify resident needs, document care information, and support protected environments. AgeCare serves communities across Ontario and values trust, quality, respect, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide resident care according to established care plans
- Observe residents and report findings to supervisors
- Document information related to resident care
- Attend education sessions, meetings, and workshops
- Follow infection prevention and control policies

Requirements:

- Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
- Meet Ministry of Training vocational standards
- Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
- Understand simple treatments and bedside care techniques
- Understand sanitation, cleaning, and geriatric resident needs
