Reporting to the Manager, Food and Beverage, this full-time professional role oversees the complete event sales cycle. You will build client relationships, conduct site tours, create customized menus and contracts, and coordinate banquet delivery. Tripleseat experience, Serving it Right certification, and two years of relevant experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solicit recent business through cold calling, networking, and direct mail
- Respond to catering inquiries as the primary client contact
- Develop proposals, menus, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders




- Coordinate pre-event meetings with operational stakeholders
- Supervise event setup, execution, teardown, and quality inspections

Requirements:

- Minimum two years in sales and catering
- Demonstrated Tripleseat experience; Squirrel experience is an asset
- Mandatory Serving it Right certification
- Strong customer service and computer literacy skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
