Excellent Canadian Roofing & Siding in Edmonton is seeking a Client Services Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for inquiries and will help coordinate appointments for Field Estimators.
You will work with the sales team and internal departments to keep processes organized, update CRM systems, track client interactions, and support reporting and documentation to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to production and a positive client experience.
