Job Description : Provides intensive case management to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. These services are provided within an individual and/or group context.

Education

- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing

- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)

Licenses

- Valid Class 5 driver's license

- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable

- Nursing diploma is acceptable

- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable

Knowledge and Abilities

- Knowledge of community resources including treatment programs & support agencies

- Knowledge in principles/programs/practices in community mental health nursing

- Knowledge of factors affecting high-risk populations and their family dynamics

- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and openness to working w/ diverse populations
