As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will supervise operational excellence across merchandising, freight flow, promotions, and front office tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Model and coach selling model behaviors with associates
- Oversee inventory, merchandising, promotions, and signage standards
- Organize backroom tasks and report stock levels
- Support associate training, development, and performance coaching
- Complete weekly cash office administration and reporting
Requirements:
- Three or more years of retail customer service experience
- One to two years of supervisory experience
- Accountability for sales and service targets
- Solid prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills
- Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
