The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society seeks an analytical, detail-oriented specialist to anchor annual giving data work. You will evaluate campaign performance, track donor lifecycle trends, and identify growth opportunities. Your analysis will support donor acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and automate dashboards tracking key fundraising metrics
- Evaluate campaigns across direct mail, digital, and monthly giving
- Analyze donor cohorts, giving levels, and lifetime value
- Deliver monthly and quarterly analytical summaries




- Identify trends, channel effectiveness, and donor behaviour

Requirements:

- One or more years of nonprofit data and reporting experience
- Three to five plus years in fundraising or marketing analytics
- Advanced fundraising CRM reporting, queries, and segmentation proficiency
- Mastery of Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Ability to translate complex findings into strategic recommendations
