Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site position based in Barrhead, AB. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that promote Neeralta’s grain handling equipment and strengthen the company’s brand in the agricultural market. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing marketing campaigns, coordinating content for digital and print channels, overseeing social media and website updates, and analyzing campaign performance to guide future initiatives.

The Marketing

Manager collaborates closely with sales, production, R&D;, and leadership teams to create targeted messaging, support lead generation, and ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints. The role also involves managing relationships with external vendors and agencies, organizing trade show participation,



and gathering market insights to inform product positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong marketing planning and execution skills, including experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and channels, such as social media platforms, email marketing, websites, and basic analytics.
- Solid communication skills, including clear writing, editing, and the ability to create marketing materials for different audiences.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and collaborating with sales, product, and operations teams.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in agriculture, equipment manufacturing, or industrial products is an asset, as is familiarity with rural and farming communities.
- Comfort with on-site work in Barrhead, AB, including occasional travel to farms, dealers, and industry events.
