Job role: Oracle EBS & Fusion SCM Architect

Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking an architect-level Oracle resource to define and lead enterprise supply chain solutions across Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. The role requires deep functional and technical expertise in SCM, with strong knowledge of inventory, order management, procurement, fulfilment, and preferably Warehouse Management. The architect will own solution direction, EBS-to-Fusion transformation, integrations, design governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

· Define target architecture and roadmaps for Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.

· Lead discovery, fit-gap analysis, process harmonization, solution design, configuration strategy, and design approvals across SCM processes.

· Architect end-to-end flows covering procurement, inventory, order management, fulfilment, costing, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse operations.

· Assess EBS customizations and recommend rationalization, extension, coexistence, or migration approaches for Fusion Cloud.

· Design integrations with finance, planning, transportation, third-party logistics, warehouse, e-commerce, and reporting platforms using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP services, FBDI, business events, or equivalent patterns.

· Define data conversion, master-data, security, controls, reporting, reconciliation, performance, and setting strategies.

· Provide architecture governance through design reviews, standards, traceability, risk management, and technical decision records.

· Guide functional and technical teams through build, testing, cutover, deployment, stabilization, and production support.

· Engage business leaders and senior stakeholders, communicate options and trade-offs,



and ensure delivery of scalable and supportable solutions.

Mandatory Skills

· Expert-level experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM architecture and implementation.

· Strong functional expertise in Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Execution, and related integrations.

· Proven experience defining EBS-to-Fusion migration, coexistence, customization rationalization, and rollout strategies.

· Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, file-based integrations, business events, and interface monitoring.

· Experience with data migration, master-data governance, security, reporting, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and production support.

· Ability to lead architecture workshops, produce solution designs, manage technical risks, and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.

· Experience leading distributed functional, technical, integration, data, and testing teams in large enterprise programs.

Good-to-Have Skills

· Hands-on architecture experience with Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management or Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud.

· Knowledge of Manufacturing, Cost Management, Supply Chain Planning, Transportation Management, Global Trade Management, and Product Management.

· Experience in publishing, retail, distribution, or high-volume fulfilment environments.

· Oracle SCM Cloud, EBS, Integration Cloud, or relevant architecture certification.
