POSITION SUMMARY The right person for this job has a outstanding attitude and is a positive individual, always willing to ‘jump in’ to help and support our sales team. Nothing else matters.” This position is responsible for the coordination of sales and marketing programmes and systems and to provide administrative support to the senior management team.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Manage marketing programs for Melmart and Dealers

- Assist in the creation, printing and distribution of marketing material

- Track and manage dealer showroom display units and product samples

- Manage, update and distribute product price lists

- Coordinate and organize selling events and trade show bookings
- Prepare, update and distribute sales, sample and other reports as required

- Prepare Agent commission statements

- Track and report dealer points promotion program

- Track and report vendor promotional and rebate programs

- Timely and accurately data entry of A/P invoices and Journal Entries

- Prepare Statistic Canada reports
- Assist with other tasks as required and assigned
