Salesforce Technical Lead Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead Developer with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, and Salesforce architecture, along with experience leading development teams and engaging directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flow Builder.
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and mentor development teams.
- Manage Salesforce packages, deployments, and release processes.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, SFDX, and Jenkins.
- Leverage AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality,



performance, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Solid expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, and Flows.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, SFDX, Jenkins, and Salesforce packaging (1GP/2GP).
- Experience with Salesforce architecture, technical leadership, and code reviews.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce System Architect or Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect.
