Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced PL/SQL Developer with robust knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, and DB2 to develop, maintain, and optimize database applications and batch processes.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL Development.
- Expertise in Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, and Views.
- Experience with SQL Query Optimization and Performance Tuning.
- Knowledge of IBM DB2 UDB (preferred; willingness to learn is acceptable).
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting (Bash/Korn Shell).
- Experience with Python or Perl.
- Knowledge of AutoSys, Control-M, or similar scheduling tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL applications and database objects.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Create Unix/Linux Shell Scripts for automation and batch processing.
- Perform database performance tuning.
- Support production systems and troubleshoot database issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support.

Important: Strong PL/SQL + Unix/Linux + Shell Scripting experience is mandatory. DB2 experience is preferred, but candidates willing to learn DB2 are also acceptable.
