As Sr. Manager, Data Governance & MDM, you will lead the GOVERN pillar and shape how critical enterprise data is owned, defined, mastered, stewarded, measured, and controlled.

You will scale established governance foundations across the enterprise, strengthen Master Data Management (MDM), and ensure trusted data supports operational systems, analytics, and future AI-enabled capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead the enterprise GOVERN pillar, defining governance strategy, operating models, standards, decision rights, and measurable outcomes while resolving critical ownership, quality, hierarchy, and master-data decisions.
- Establish and mature Data Owner and Data Steward accountability, including governance models, RACI frameworks, escalation paths, stewardship expectations, business definitions, metadata, lineage, classification, lifecycle standards, and measurable data-quality controls.
- Own the enterprise MDM roadmap and strategic oversight of Reltio, sustaining mastering across Organization, Protocol/Study, and Project domains while advancing Site and future priority domains. Establish standards for golden records, match/merge, survivorship, hierarchies, authoritative sources, and enterprise identifiers.
- Embed governance into NxT.Lumen and NxT.Analytics by establishing trusted-data-product criteria and ensuring analytics and AI capabilities use governed, business-approved data. Define how mastered data is consumed and synchronized across operational applications while preventing unmanaged local mastering.
- Lead Reltio optimization and legacy MDM transition in partnership with Data Engineering, Product, and Enterprise Architecture. Build a high-performing Governance and MDM team, strengthen federated stewardship, maintain compliance and audit readiness, and manage initiative budgets, resources, milestones,



and delivery metrics.

What We Look For

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive Data Governance, MDM, or enterprise data management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success leading enterprise governance or MDM programs across multiple business domains and influencing senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
- Strong experience with Data Owner and Data Steward models, data quality, metadata, lineage, business definitions, governance decision frameworks, and root-cause remediation.
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise MDM platforms such as Reltio, Informatica MDM, or equivalent, including golden records, survivorship, match/merge, and hierarchy management.
- Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, or equivalent modern cloud data platforms and familiarity with governance or catalog platforms such as Collibra or Informatica.
- Experience governing data for AI and advanced analytics, rationalizing legacy MDM environments, and working within SAFe or other scaled-agile delivery models.
- Solid executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with experience leading distributed teams and vendors.
