As a Civil Superintendent, you will oversee site preparation, excavation, grading, road construction, and material handling. The work requires practical knowledge of LHD operations, trucking logistics, aggregate production, and heavy equipment utilization. You will coordinate crews, operators, subcontractors, surveyors, engineers, and project managers while maintaining production and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily civil and earthworks field operations
- Coordinate excavation, grading, clearing, and mass earthmoving
- Direct LHD operations and heavy equipment deployment
- Manage haul routes, material movement,



dumps, and stockpiles
- Monitor production, equipment utilization, quantities, and progress

Requirements:

- Experience as a Civil or Earthworks Superintendent
- Significant hands-on heavy civil construction experience
- Knowledge of site development, road construction, and material handling
- Experience coordinating large heavy equipment fleets
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and survey information
