Support John Deere customers in Trochu as a Parts Person using parts knowledge, inventory skills, and customer service expertise. This is full time work.

Brandt seeks a Parts Person for its Trochu Agriculture location. You will help customers find necessary parts, provide pricing information, process online orders, and support warehouse operations. The position reports to the Parts Manager and collaborates to deliver customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers locate necessary parts and provide pricing information
- Process online parts orders accurately
- Unload, receive, store, and ship parts
- Place stock orders and adjust inventory bins
- Document shipping, receiving, and inventory information

Requirements:

- Previous parts industry experience preferred
- Parts and warehousing knowledge and skills
- Effective customer service and partnership-building abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Personal computer and Excel proficiency

Use parts expertise, warehouse equipment, and customer service skills to support Brandt’s Trochu Agriculture operations and John Deere customers.
