Manage complex Treasury Management Lockbox transactions at PNC in Mississauga, using accuracy, risk management, and customer service expertise. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST, in office.

As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will execute moderate- to high-risk transactions and support specialized functional areas. You will address exceptions, consult customers, improve processes, and help maintain compliant service delivery. The position also supports onboarding and training current hires.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute complex transactions using established policies and procedures
- Identify exceptions and escalate complex transactions appropriately
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Recommend process improvements and drive implementation
- Train and onboard new hires

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Preferred three years of banking experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of operational functions and standard procedures
