Provide resident-centered nursing care part time at F. J. Davey Home using clinical assessment and medication administration skills. Support residents through planned, goal-directed care.

As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will deliver patient-oriented care under provincial standards and organizational policies. You will complete assessments, coordinate care plans, administer treatments, and communicate changes with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct resident care and administer medications and treatments
- Complete clinical assessments, care plans, and accurate documentation
- Evaluate care effectiveness and communicate required changes
- Respond to significant condition changes and medical emergencies
- Teach, delegate,



and direct unregulated care providers

Requirements:

- Current Ontario registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Solid clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and computer proficiency
- Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening within six months
