This full-time position serves customers across Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime provinces. You will quote and process parts, tooling, and supplies while tracking deliveries. The role also supports shipping, receiving, customer records, and machine sales lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming parts calls across assigned Canadian regions
- Enter quotations and orders in Navision ERP
- Track supplier orders and update customers
- Identify machine sales leads from parts activity
- Maintain current CRM and ERP records
Requirements:
- Required parts sales and customer service experience
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Valid driver's licence and forklift certification
- Woodworking machinery or parts knowledge strongly valued
- Highly organized, accurate, and proactive under deadlines
