Analyze employee survey data and advise stakeholders as an Employee Voice Advisor with iA Financial Group in Montreal or Quebec. The role supports hybrid work.

As an Employee Voice Advisor, you will provide subject matter expertise across employee listening activities. You will administer onboarding, exit, and ad hoc surveys while supporting subsidiaries. The work connects survey analysis, HR data interpretation, and employee engagement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand survey needs and recommend questions, frequency, audiences, and communications
- Administer employee surveys and coordinate activities with subsidiaries
- Analyze results, prepare reports, and support data interpretation
- Support PATCs with KPI definition, evolution,



and analysis
- Monitor listening practices and contribute to executive reports

Requirements:

- In-depth Employee Voice expertise for stakeholder guidance
- In-depth survey data analysis experience
- Autonomy handling complex organizational issues
- Ability to formulate strategic recommendations from results
- Advanced French and intermediate English proficiency
