This role is the main point of contact in working with our customers and technicians to locate automotive parts they require. and warranty* Research the availability of parts either within the dealership or from other sources as necessary* Maintain effective communication with the service and sales departments, keeping them informed of the status of parts on order* Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure our employees make customer satisfaction a priority to create customer loyalty and generate referrals* Perform regular parts inventory counts* Assist the Parts Department with other duties as requiredOur Ideal Candidate:* Previous parts experience in the automotive industry or a related industry is preferred* Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills including the ability to listen and use tact, sensitivity, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers* Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative workplace* Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands* High attention to detail and comfort in using technology for most day-to-day functions* Ability to perform physical work, which includes repetitive lifting of up to 50lbs* A valid Driver's LicenseCompensation details: 21.63-26.44 Hourly WagePIf265f03a2271-29400-41901226
