Position: Product Owner (Banking-Capital Markets)

Toronto: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 4 days onsite in a week)

Must-have:

- 10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years of product ownership, or related experience with demonstrated success leading product initiatives and cross-functional teams
- Deep expertise in Capital Markets and electronic trading flows with the ability to explain complex trading functions and problem-solve effectively
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a meticulous attention to detail and passion for quality delivery
- Advanced communication, presentation,



and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work effectively across matrix organizations
- Proven leadership capability to motivate teams, drive performance management, and foster a people-centric, values-based inclusive workplace aligned with RBC's leadership model
- Proficiency with enterprise collaboration tools including JIRA, Collaborate, and Microsoft Office suite

Nice-to-have:
- Front office experience in sales, trading, or as a broker; direct exposure to the trading desk or client-facing roles
- Degree in Finance or related field demonstrating formal training in financial services or business discipline
