About ElevateOS
ElevateOS is the resident experience operating system for multifamily. Owners and operators get one branded app that runs access control, smart home, communications, amenity reservations, events, on-demand services and payments, integrated with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, MRI, AppFolio, ResMan and Rent Manager.
We've been bootstrapped from day one, we're profitable, and we're growing fast with no outside capital. More than 1,000 properties across the US and Canada run on ElevateOS, across every asset class: Class A, B and C, affordable, student, condos and HOAs.
The platform is built on four pillars:
- Engage: resident communications and surveys
- Operate: preventive maintenance, parking and other property-critical operations
- Connect: 50+ plug-and-play hardware integrations, including intercoms, unit locks, thermostats, elevators and leak detection
- Concierge: an on-demand services marketplace (cleaning, personal training, handyman, dog walking) and resident events that create new revenue for owners
The role This is a sales role that lives in customer success. You own a book of properties end to end: onboarding, training, adoption, upsell, renewal and saves. No handoffs. The account is yours from signed contract through every year after.
We're bringing onboarding and account management together into one customer success team where every CSM does the full job. You'll report to the Head of Customer Success and work daily with our product, integrations and sales teams.
We want someone who has carried a number, picks up the phone first, and gets energy from making a property team look good. You'll also have a direct line into product, so what you hear from customers shapes what we build.
What you'll own
- Onboarding to go-live. Run kickoff, configure the app and get each property live in 30 to 45 days. Lock down PMS access, test accounts and amenity setup early so nothing stalls later.
- Hardware deployments. For access control, intercom and smart lock projects, find the property's low-voltage installer or IT contact on day one.
Keep them moving alongside our integrations team until the hardware is live.
- Unsticking stalled accounts. When a property goes quiet, you don't send the same email six times. You call the manager by name, find who actually owns the decision, and escalate to the regional or corporate contact when it's time.
- Training that sticks. The platform has 20+ features. Train site teams on what matters most for their building first, then layer in the rest through refresher and new-hire sessions.
- Expansion. Upsell requests from your properties route straight to you. Call the same hour, qualify the need and close: add-on modules (inspections and preventive maintenance, parking, loyalty and gift cards, package rooms), hardware like ELEVATE Intercom, and services. Spot portfolio-wide opportunities and run them with our sales team.
- Retention. Hold regular check-ins and business reviews with site teams and regionals. Catch risk early and own the save conversation when an account wants out.
- Voice of the customer. Turn what you hear into clear product requirements. Work with product on what to build next and how to shape features to customer specs.
- Clean data, worked in the open. Log every email, call and meeting in HubSpot. Keep every property in the right stage in Jira with current notes, so anyone can pick up your account and know where it stands. Start each day with a plan of who you're contacting and end it with what moved.
- AI-first workflow. Use Claude and automation to draft follow-ups, pull your own reports and build the dashboards you'd want if you were running the team.
How you'll be measured
Your numbers are tracked daily and rolled up weekly, monthly and yearly. You'll see them every morning, same as leadership does.
- Expansion revenue:
new MRR from upsells across your book, growing month over month
- Retention: keeping your properties and the revenue they bring
- Time to go-live: 30 to 45 days from signed contract
- Email response time: under an hour
- Upsell speed: first contact the same hour a request comes in
- Adoption: active use of core features at every property you own
- Stalled work: nothing in your book sits untouched for 30+ days
What you bring
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS in a customer-facing role with revenue attached: account manager, CSM with an expansion quota, or account executive
- A real sales background. You've carried a number and hit it, and you know how to qualify, handle objections and ask for the close
- Hands-on onboarding or implementation experience, taking customers from signed to live on a software product
- High energy on the phone and on video. You'd rather call than wait on an email
- Product sense. You can turn a customer's ask into a requirement product and engineering can build
- Technical comfort. You don't need to be an engineer, but you'll learn how PMS integrations, access control, smart locks and intercoms work well enough to lead the conversation
- CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred) and comfort working in Jira or a similar project tool
- Fluency with AI tools like Claude, or a real drive to get there rapid
- Writing that's short, clear and specific
Nice to have

- Hands-on time in Yardi, RealPage, Entrata or a similar PMS
- Experience selling or supporting a product that combines software and hardware
- Managing relationships across a portfolio, from site teams up to regional and corporate decision makers
- French, for our growing Canadian book
