The role reports to the Service Operations Supervisor and requires hands-on plumbing expertise, robust customer service, and the ability to diagnose and repair commercial systems.
Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, small re-pipe projects, drain work, and on-call emergency rotations.
