The Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager manages staff, controls labour and food costs, and helps achieve restaurant targets. This position also supports inventory management and daily operations while representing the A&W; brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage staff to achieve restaurant targets and standards
- Monitor and control labour and food costs
- Coach employees on excellent A&W; customer service
- Support employees on the restaurant floor each shift
- Ensure food safety regulations are followed consistently

Requirements:

- Experience as a fun and effective leader
- Eligibility to work in Canada
