Sephora Canada is seeking an Asset Protection Team Lead for the ON-Scarborough area to oversee Loss Prevention programs across districts. You will train Agents, review reports, and assist in hiring processes, with travel within the district as needed.

You will partner with the District Loss Prevention Manager to detect internal theft and ensure Sephora Loss Prevention standards are met, including OPEX evaluations where applicable.
