They’re growing their logistics team and looking for a bilingual coordinator to keep inbound shipments running smoothly from origin to delivery. Manage the renewal of import and export permits. Monitor the temperature of each shipment in transit and take action when issues arise. Negotiate transportation rates with carriers. Fluent in French and English, spoken and written. ~2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or import/export coordination. ~ Solid knowledge of customs documentation and cross-border processes. ~ Availability outside regular office hours when needed. ~ Valid driver’s licence and access to a car (the location isn’t accessible by public transit). #
