Lead dental practice operations at Dentalcorp in Guelph, Ontario, using business acumen and team leadership to strengthen daily productivity. This full time role follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

As Practice Manager, you will plan operational improvements, review business indicators, and develop strategies supporting organic patient growth. You will coach teams, oversee compliance, manage staffing costs, and administer payroll and accounts receivable. The role supports patient safety and provincial health regulation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and execute plans improving daily practice operations
- Review clinic indicators and coach teams toward improvements
- Oversee compliance programs and patient safety practices
- Lead recruitment, staffing, productivity, engagement,



and retention efforts
- Manage payroll administration and accounts receivable processes

Requirements:

- University or college diploma in business or office administration
- Three to five years as Dental Practice Lead or Manager
- Supervisory experience with scheduling, finances, inventory, and people management
- Strong business acumen and budgeting and forecasting experience
- Dental software and Microsoft Office experience preferred
