In this role, you will help ensure individuals receive timely, accurate, and respectful support throughout the claims process. Working alongside experienced claims and operations professionals, you will play a critical role in reviewing documentation, responding to claimant inquiries, and maintaining the integrity of sensitive information. identify discrepancies, and elevate complex or sensitive cases as required Youll contribute to special projects, reporting initiatives, process improvements, and administrative support activities that help drive efficient claims processing Youll handle sensitive and potentially distressing content with professionalism, discretion, and objectivity 1+ year of experience supporting clients, patients, customers, or stakeholders through phone-based interactions ~ Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken ~ Experience with data entry, document management, and administrative support functions ~ Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel ~ Experience using VOIP or internet-based phone systems is considered an asset ~ Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and/or the ability to speak an Indigenous language is considered an asset Then, if youre a solid match, we handle all the logistics, advocating for you as a candidate for the role, providing access to coaching and connecting you directly with the hiring manager.
