The Role You'll work alongside the team to help prepare for events and ensure the details are taken care of. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with event preparation, schedules and logistical arrangements. Helping organise promotional materials, equipment and event supplies. Supporting event setup, registration and on-site coordination. Communicating with team members, suppliers and event contacts. Helping manage attendee enquiries and providing information when needed. Keeping track of bookings, event documents and deadlines.
Assisting with post-event feedback and general follow-up tasks. What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who is approachable, adaptable and happy to get involved. Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are important, particularly when plans change or several tasks need attention at once. Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail or customer service is useful, but not essential. A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important. Some flexibility may be required around event schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends.
