Lead human resources operations at Toronto’s Automotive Building, applying employee relations and collective bargaining expertise three to four days weekly. Sodexo Live supports a permanent schedule at this prominent events venue.

As Human Resources Manager, you will guide day-to-day HR activities for Sodexo Live operations. The work covers recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, HR administration, workplace compliance, and workforce planning. You will advise operational leaders and employees while supporting an inclusive, respectful workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage collective bargaining agreement compliance and related workplace concerns
- Lead hourly recruitment, sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding
- Coordinate employment documentation and required training for new hires
- Support investigations, performance management,



accommodations, and employee relations
- Partner with safety representatives across high-volume event operations

Requirements:

- Four or more years of progressive human resources experience
- At least two years in HR leadership, management, or supervision
- Working knowledge of Ontario employment, human rights, and safety requirements
- Experience supporting employee relations within collective bargaining agreements
- Robust relationships, professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
