As a Program Supervisor, you'll play an important leadership role in creating programs where children and families from all backgrounds feel welcomed and respected. You'll support diverse teams of educators, build meaningful relationships with families, and help foster environments where every child can thrive. Foster welcoming, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, heard, and valued Support high-quality programming that reflects the unique strengths and identities of the children and communities we serve Champion a culture of belonging for children, families, and staff College Diploma (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education is required; Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE), member in valuable standing; Five (5) years of experience working within a childcare centre and two (2)
