As an experienced Mechanical Building Designer, you will contribute to design and coordination throughout project phases. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and coordinate mechanical building systems projects
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians on tailored solutions

- Prepare cost estimates, specifications, and technical reports

Requirements:

- One to three years of building mechanical design experience
- Mechanical Engineering diploma or degree, or relevant discipline
- AutoCAD proficiency; Revit or BIM experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
