As a Talent Acquisition Co-op or Intern, you will support full time and Early Career hiring. You will contribute to recruitment projects, campus activities, and candidate communications. The work includes trackers, reports, process improvements, and collaboration with internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support special projects streamlining Talent Acquisition processes
- Assist branding exercises, presentations, and campus recruiting events
- Coordinate information sessions and candidate communications
- Prepare recruitment updates, trackers, and basic reports




- Maintain shared materials and handle candidate information discreetly

Requirements:

- Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, business, or communications
- Experience building and deploying AI agents
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and confidential information
