As an Adult Fitness and Lifestyle Personal Trainer, you will create training programs, lead individual and group sessions, and support member goals. The position emphasizes protected exercise, relationship development, member assistance, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom training programs with AFL Supervisor oversight
- Lead safe individual and group fitness sessions
- Provide services supporting members’ fitness objectives
- Greet members and address concerns professionally
- Maintain equipment and complete safety documentation
Requirements:
- Current personal training certification from an approved body
- Intermediate First Aid and CPR-C certification
- Ability to obtain Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility for evening and weekend work
