Build Advisor Rewards reporting expertise as a tech savvy Senior Financial Analyst in Manulife’s hybrid Toronto team, using advanced Excel and analytics.
Reporting to the Manager of Field Compensation, you will own the Advisor Rewards bonus database and reporting. The role covers incentive compensation, sales validation, expense analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. It offers exposure to sales reporting and Group Benefits Finance partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare complex advisor bonus calculations from wide-ranging input measures
- Review results, secure payout approvals, and distribute statements
- Maintain and enhance the Advisor Rewards database
- Develop metrics and report sales leader performance
- Forecast, report,
and support annual bonus plan modeling
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent industry experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Access
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines accurately
