Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound warm leads interested in pet insurance policies
- Understand customer needs and tailor insurance solutions
- Explain coverage options, policy value, and benefits

- Accurately enroll pets and document required information

Requirements:

- Active provincial General or Property and Casualty Insurance license
- Eligibility for license reciprocity, excluding Québec
- At least two years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Weekend availability and versatile Pacific Time scheduling
