You will manage appointments, communications, Square transactions, memberships, retail purchases, and service education. The position also involves creating short-form content, supporting promotions, and collaborating with marketing. Interest in men’s grooming, skin care, and wellness is valued.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage bookings, calls, texts, emails, and appointments
- Process payments, memberships, gift cards, and retail purchases
- Create Instagram Stories, Reels,



photos, and short videos
- Support promotions, events, outreach, and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

- Reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and robust organizational skills
- Comfort using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and video tools
- Interest in men’s grooming, skin care, and wellness
- Availability Wednesday through Saturday
