The work includes recruitment, policy maintenance, immigration support, employee communication, and administrative coordination. Cooke’s operations span North America, Europe, South America, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create job descriptions and post open positions
- Review resumes throughout the recruitment process
- Address employee HR inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain policies and procedures aligned with requirements
- Assist immigration processes and HR projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or Human Resources Management Program completion
- Two-plus years of experience in an HR role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organization and attention to detail
- Confidentiality and Microsoft Office proficiency
