Glen Group is hiring experienced Lane Closure Technicians for projects in the Port Alberni area. The work requires reading and drawing Traffic Management Plans, completing FLRAs, and adjusting setups around live traffic. You will coordinate with TCPs, supervisors, operators, and construction crews while maintaining safe, efficient work zones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up lane closures, tapers, buffers, and detours
- Position cones, signs, barricades, and arrow boards
- Monitor traffic and adjust closures as conditions change
- Inspect signage and equipment throughout each shift
- Complete logs, FLRAs, and incident reports accurately

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of LCT experience
- Ability to read and draw Traffic Management Plans
- Ability to complete Field Level Risk Assessments
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean abstract
- Solid hazard awareness and safety-focused communication
