The successful incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a book of business, generating current business, servicing client needs, and assisting the producer on new business activities. Respond promptly to telephone, email, walk-in, and fax enquiries ensuring a high level of service is maintained. Total account sales awareness, cross sell and up sell as much as possible. Action policy change requests, claims, notices, and cancellation requests. Support other members of the team and act as a personal insurance resource when possible.
