CMHA Peel Dufferin seeks a part time Nurse Practitioner to join the RAAM team at the HART Hub in Orangeville. The NP will assess and treat substance use, facilitate connections to continuum of care, and work as an integrated member of the HART Hub to improve access to community services.

Qualifications include an MSN and current RN Practitioner status in Ontario, with 2+ years in mental health or addictions.
