Lead complex Special Loans accounts at RBC in Toronto through risk management, relationship building, and strategic problem solving. This full time role is based at 20 King Street West.

Reporting to the Director, GRM, the Senior Manager manages higher risk accounts and develops solutions meeting bank risk requirements. You will support client retention, revenue, cost management, and long term RBC Financial Group relationships. The work requires analytical judgment, communication, and collaboration with internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex and higher risk client accounts
- Develop initial strategies within 45 days of file receipt
- Resolve client problems through skilled, empathetic relationship management
- Build relationships with district, field,



and risk officers
- Identify referrals and business opportunities across RBC services

Requirements:

- Creative problem solving skills under pressure
- Strong written, oral, analytical, and risk assessment skills
- Ability to influence senior management and executives
- Experience interacting directly with clients
- Five or more years as a Commercial Account Manager preferred
