EHN Canada Saskatoon is seeking a Mental Health and Addiction Support Worker to provide non-therapy support when counseling staff are unavailable. You will assist with intake, de-escalation, safety planning, and basic needs while applying trauma-informed care in a shelter workplace.
This role requires documenting interactions in real time, coordinating with nursing, security, and team leads, and helping clients access housing, detox, food, and recovery referrals.
